Food 


Friday Afternoon Refreshments 

We will be serving an array of appetizers (4:00-6:00 p.m.) to sustain conference attendees as they arrive from around the state. 


Menu:  Fresh vegetables with dip; an assortment of cheeses, hummus with pita & cucumber, chicken satay, cookies



Friday Evening Reception

After Friday's Keynote Speaker, we will be hosting our annual reception, which will feature a buffet of heavy hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar, for which each registrant will receive one free drink ticket. 


Menu:  Barbecue pork sliders; sesame beef; chicken popsicles; black bean & corn quesadillas; spinach pie; spring rolls; assorted cheeses; tomato/mozzerella/basil skewers; brownies; cookies; coffee, tea, water; cash bar.


Saturday Breakfast  

We will be serving a deluxe continental breakfast from 7:00-10:00 a.m., including fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, a variety of breakfast pastries, and coffee, tea, and iced water. 


Saturday Luncheon

We will be serving a plated lunch at noon, featuring a choice of three entrees (chicken, vegetarian, vegan). 


Menu:  Risotto with roasted vegetables (vegan, gf, df, nf); portobello mushroom stuffed with kale (vegetarian); lemon-marinated, grilled chicken breast, with green beans and fingerling potatoes. Mixed green salad; fresh bread & butter; berry cobbler or carrot cake; coffee, tea, & water.
