Food & Entertainment

Friday Afternoon:

We will be serving light hors d'oeuvres (4:45-7:00 p.m.) to sustain hungry travelers as they arrive from cities around the state. Join us at the buffet table in the Exhibits Area (Rooms 310 A & B).

Friday Evening Reception:

After Friday's Keynote Speech, we will be hosting a reception (8:00-11:00 p.m.), featuring a buffet of heavy hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar (for which each registrant will receive one free drink ticket), a Latin band, and a dance lesson.

So, come hungry—and bring your dancing shoes.

Saturday Breakfast:

We will be serving a continental breakfast (7:15-9:00 a.m.) of coffee/tea, juice, fruit, and pastries in the Exhibits Area (Rooms 310 A & B).

Saturday Luncheon:

We will be serving a sit-down luncheon (12:00-1:00 p.m.), with a choice of entrée. Please note, this lunch is limited to those attendees who register by the early deadline, which is September 29th. For attendees who register after this date, we regret that we cannot guarantee lunch on Saturday due to catering policies. You are, however, welcome to stop by the conference registration desk shortly before lunch for any reserved but unclaimed lunch tickets.

Saturday Afternoon:

Just as you're gathering your Exhibitor Giveaway prizes and getting ready to begin the journey home (4:45-5:00 p.m.), we'll be sending you off with an EMU Eagle Snack for the road.
